1. Delivery Areas We're dedicated to bringing a diverse range of cuisines to your doorstep. To check if your location is covered, simply enter your address in the designated field on our website or app during checkout. We are constantly expanding our delivery network, so if your area isn't currently covered, stay tuned for future updates.
2. Delivery Fees Delivery fees vary based on several factors, including your distance from the restaurant, order weight, and the time of day. To calculate the exact delivery fee for your order, add items to your cart, enter your address, and the system will automatically calculate the cost. As a token of our gratitude, we offer free delivery on all orders above $50 during promotional periods.
3. Delivery Times Delivery times may fluctuate depending on the restaurant's workload, traffic conditions, and the time of day. During peak hours (11:00 - 14:00 and 17:00 - 20:00), it typically takes 1 hours to receive your order. Outside of peak hours, delivery times may be shorter. Once your order has been dispatched, you can track its real - time progress on our website or app.
4. Order Cancellations and Refunds If you need to cancel your order, please do so as soon as possible. If the restaurant has not yet started preparing your order, we can cancel it with no charges. However, if the order is already in preparation or on its way for delivery, cancellation may not be possible. In the event of incorrect or damaged items, or if your order does not arrive within a reasonable time frame, please contact our customer support team. We will investigate the issue and issue a refund or replacement as appropriate.

Special Requests If you have any special requests, such as extra condiments, utensils, or specific delivery instructions, please enter them in the “Special Instructions” field when placing your order. Although we cannot guarantee that all requests will be fulfilled, we will do our best to accommodate them.
